Alexander Hamilton- Important for New York and the United States




Alexander Hamilton was the first United States Secretary of the Treasury, a Founding Father, economist, and political philosopher. Alexander Hamilton created a national bank that would assume the debt from the revolutionary war and that way improving the economy. Alexander Hamilton saved the United States was when he voted for Adams in the election of 1796. He used his vision in the election because even though he didn't like Adams he voted for him because he knew he was right for the country. Hamilton saved the United States was when he wrote the Federalist papers. He used his vision and influence because the Federalist Papers were written so that the state of New York will ratify the Constitution. Aaron Burr was charged with treason for a conspiracy to get capitalization in Texas if there was to be a war with Spain. That he would have an army to fight with and that he would claim that land his. He wrote about half of the Federalist Papers, which secured its ratification by New York.
